PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 8, 2016 for total amount not to exceed $2,172,000.00. On April 25, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contracts for a total amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. These contracts consist of providing part-time and full time temporary personnel on an as needed basis for use by all County Departments. This request is for additional funds due to the increase in demand for temporary personnel services.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 to increase the contracts with:
Corporate Temps, Inc., 5950 Live Oak Parkway, Suite 230, Norcross, GA 30093
Note: LSBE Participation: 20%
Estimated Amount: $4,000,000.00
Jibe Staffing, 4501 Circle 75 Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339
Note: LSBE Participation: 25%
Estimated Amount: $1,000,000.00
Total Amount Not To Exceed: $5,000,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change orders and all associated documents.
