PURPOSE:
Revenues net of the parking management contract expenses have been deposited in an account (81110.345410.350.0000) solely reserved for ongoing parking lot repairs and maintenance. Parking Revenues have increased to a level ($1.1 million) where some funding from this account can be used to implement preventive maintenance in county buildings that have suffered from deferred maintenance. This action will allow funds in this account to be used for non-parking maintenance and repair of county facilities.
