PURPOSE:
PFM staff will assist Commission’s staff in adopting a best practices approach to reviewing the proposed 2018 Budget
NEED/IMPACT:
Partner with Commission staff to emphasize impact on Commission priorities, drill down on new and recurring Executive Initiatives (including major assumptions and department spending), analysis of key budget drivers and potential for structural balance.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$30,000 of General Funds
