PURPOSE:
Further enhancements in addition to magistrate blight court. Tools needed to remedy legal processes. Preliminary research of HB 434 (2017) references blight remedies and eminent domain procedures without referencing magistrate court.

To increase the ability of the Magistrate Court to further address blight issues within the County;
