PURPOSE:
Consists of a custom software utility billing system (CPAK) used by Department of Watershed, Public Works - Sanitation and the DeKalb Peachtree Airport to generate enterprise funds. The County has been using this software since June 2004. This software is proprietary and the software publisher is the only source to provide maintenance and support.
