PURPOSE:
To transfer $50,000 from 2001 Parks Bond Countywide account 100492.80314.541100.05.600008 to fund capital improvement project at Porter Sanford Art Center.
NEED/IMPACT:
The funds will be used for capital improvements at Porter Sanford Art Center including lighting and stage upgrades, sound system improvements and signage repairs.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact on operating budget. Will be funded from 2001 Parks Bond Countywide account
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To transfer $50,000 from 2001 Parks Bond Countywide account 100492.80314.541100.05.600008 to fund capital improvements at Porter Sanford Art Center; and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents to complete the project.
