PURPOSE:
To record the appointment of Alice Bussey to the Citizens Oversight Committee for SPLOST Revenues and Expenditures
NEED/IMPACT:
This oversight committee will provide accountability and transparency to all DeKalb citizens. It will build public trust in DeKalb County which will be essential if future referendums must be approved by voters. Alice Bussey will be the citizen representative from District 3 on this oversight committee.
