PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 8, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $290,000.00. On December 13, 2016, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $651,550.00. On August 8, 2017 the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $275,000.00. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option.
