PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 28, 2017 for a total amount not to exceed $1,500,000.00. On February 27, 2018, the BOC approved the 1st option to renew for a total amount not to exceed $1,500,000.00. These contracts consist of providing on-call HVAC and preventative maintenance services for residential, commercial and industries properties. This request is to add funding for SPLOST projects identified in the Referendum.
