PURPOSE:
Awarded on June 1, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $60,000.00. On December 4, 2017, Change Order No. 1 was approved to increase the contract for an amount not to exceed $40,000.00 and extended the contract term to March 31, 2018. On December 4, 2017, the consent to assign was approved to transfer the contract from Gwendolyn Keyes Fleming to VNF Solutions, LLC. Change Order No. 2 was approved to revise the contract term regarding the payment schedule. This request is for additional funding and extends the contract expiration date for continued consulting services with regulatory authorities to verify the County's level of compliance and to provide additional, non-legal recommendations needed to meet the County's strategic goals to meet the Consent Decree requirements and deadlines and extend the contract term.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 to add additional funding and extend the contract term to March 31, 2019 with:

VNF Solutions, LLC, 1050 Thomas Jefferson Street NW, Washington, DC 20007

Amount Not To Exceed: $100,000.00

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
