PURPOSE:
To consider approving an amendment to the Community Development Department’s office space lease (Contract #1092034) with Housing Authority of the City of Decatur, Georgia and Housing Authority of DeKalb County, Georgia. The lease location is 750 Commerce Drive, Decatur, GA 30030.
NEED/IMPACT:
The County and Landlord desire to amend the lease in accordance with provisions agreed upon by both entities. The Amendment modifies a number of provisions of the lease that clarify those terms.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no Fiscal Impact to the County
