PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 10, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $176,650.00 to two (2) vendors. On May 9, 2017, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $25,400.00. One of the vendors chose not to renew their contract due to low usage. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option with the remaining contracted vendor.
