PURPOSE:
To record the appointment of Robert E. Barnwell as the District 1 representative to the Watershed Customer Service and Billing Advisory Group.
NEED/IMPACT:
Each commission district must appoint a representative to serve on the Watershed Customer Service and Billing Advisory Group. Robert E. Barnwell is an active member of the District 1 community. His background working with Georgia Power and Southern Company and his work with data communications will be a great asset to the current advisory board.
FISCAL IMPACT:
