PURPOSE:
To consider approving the attached intergovernmental agreement between the County and the City of Tucker for stormwater services.
NEED/IMPACT:
This intergovernmental agreement signifies a mutually beneficial and cooperative working relationship between the two governments.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The County shall continue to collect stormwater fees from property owners within the City of Tucker.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the attached Intergovernmental Agreement.
