PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 24, 2017 for (36) thirty-six units for an amount not to exceed $12,390,048.00. The awarded vendor, (Peterbilt of Atlanta, LLC) agreed to the option that future possible purchases could be made until December 31, 2018. Consists of (10) ten additional units to improve the productivity of residential garbage collection by increasing the number of residential collection units that can be operated by a single driver. These are replacement units under the 7 year replacement schedule.
