PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on December 15, 2015 to five (5) contractors for an amount not to exceed $823,604.00. On July 12, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to cancel awarded sites to NGL & Erosion Control Group and reassign to other contracted vendors. On November 7, 2016, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $988,324.80. On December 5, 2017, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option on a month to month basis until new contracts are executed for a monthly total amount not to exceed $220,000.00. On March 27, 2018, the BOC approved the termination for convenience of 3Macks Lawn Service’s contract and awarded the sites to Flex Landscaping and MJ Lawn and Maintenance Services, Inc. for a monthly amount not to exceed $100,000.00. This request is for the cancellation of Dante’s Lawn Manicures’ contract for convenience and the reallocate the awarded sites to Artscape, Inc. for a monthly amount not to exceed: $30,000.00.
