PURPOSE:
To consider approving a Consent to Sublease by PDK, LLC to Jet Linx Atlanta, LLC and,
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Consent to Sublease.
NEED/IMPACT:
On February 28, 2017, the County and the Airport entered into a revenue generating Lease Agreement with PDK, LLC for Lease Tract N4 (2007 Flightway Drive). PDK, LLC desires to sublease Tract N4 to Jet Linx Atlanta, LLC, in accordance with Section 29 of the Lease Agreement. As a result of the sublease agreement, substantial benefit will inure to the public.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This is a revenue generating initiative.
