PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 23, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $104,779.40 to piggyback off the competitively let National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) statewide contract (SWC) 99999-SPD-S20160216-012. A program sponsored by the State of Georgia. The contract consists of renovating offices, employee locker room and adding an awning to the side of the Central Collection Lot Building. This request is to add funding to establish a contingency fund to cover any unforeseen costs during the renovation period.
