PURPOSE:
To consider approving the Easement Agreement between the County and Fuqua as attached hereto.
NEED/IMPACT:
This item will permit the abandonment of sewer easements that are no longer in use and the replacement of certain sewer easements with a private sewer system to which the County retains access, pursuant to the proposed Easement Agreement.

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
