PURPOSE:
The parts will be used for replacement of inoperable flow meters and flow meters that were destroyed during a flood at the Snapfinger plant. The County has been using the flow meter and replacement parts since 2004.The flow meters help to obtain instantaneous flow and totalized flow of the sludge from the centrifuge and the existing piping is sized for Endress & Houser flow meters. The vendor is the manufacturer’s exclusive distributor of this equipment for the State of Georgia.
