PURPOSE:

Awarded on June 1, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00. On May 9, 2017, the BOC approved the 1st renewal in the amount of $75,000.00. This is to exercise the 2nd renewal option from the Statewide Contract No. 90801.
