PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 13, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $1,151,320.00. On June 28, 2016, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $1,632,000.00. On April 25, 2017, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $2,320,600.00. This contract consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Statewide Contract (SWC) for the delivery of complete, high quality, preventative maintenance services (e.g. roof, trash compactor, pump station, food service equipment and security systems).
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval to exercise the 3rd renewal option through June 30, 2019 from the SWC No. 90806 with:
CGL Facility Management LLC, 795 East Lanier Avenue, Fayetteville, GA 30214
Amount Not To Exceed: $2,400,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
