PURPOSE:
To transfer $6,000 from 2001 Parks Bond District 3 account 100613.80314.541100.05.600011 to set up a NH Scott Park Development account
NEED/IMPACT:
The $6,000 will be used to match a Park Pride grant received by the Friends on NH Scott Park. The grant funds will be used for a community garden, directional signage, painting and other visual improvements. The project budget is $13,200, funded as shown:
Park Pride Grant $6,000

In-Kind Community Partners $600
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to the operating budget. Grant match to be funded by 2001 Parks Bond District 3
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend that funds in the amount of $6,000.00 be transferred from 2001 Parks Bond District 3 account 100613.80314.541100.05.600011 to fund a grant match for NH Scott Park; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all the necessary documents and contracts for the completion of the project.
