PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 25, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $2,379,370.00. Change Order No. 1 was approved by the BOC on March 27, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $381,705.00. This contract consists of continued software licensing and maintenance support for iasWorld and its Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) module. Maintenance and support includes, but is not limited to, software upgrades, enhancements, bug fixes, defect support, and consulting services. This request will provide the County with assistance with the Market Valuation Process by conducting the update of commercial values for 2018, 2019 and 2020 tax years. This is required annually for submission and acceptance of the Tax Digest and will cover three (3) years at $75,000.00 per calendar year. The County has been utilizing the software since 2011.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:

Tyler Technologies, Inc., 3199 Klepinger Road, Dayton, OH 45406

Amount Not To Exceed: $225,000.00

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
