PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 9, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $8,900,000.00. This contract consists of providing consultants to work on the development of new application systems, the maintenance of existing systems, the installation and maintenance of network and operating systems software and other IT projects. On June 8, 2017, Ciber, Inc. was acquired by HTC Global Ventures, LLC and its name was changed to Ciber Global, LLC.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Ciber Global, LLC, 3270 West Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084
Amount Not To Exceed: $5,731,783.75.
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
