PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 25, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $1,281,714.60. This request is to terminate for convenience pursuant to the contract. Per the Buy Back of Uniform clause, upon termination of the contract, the County will purchase the rented uniforms that are in good condition based on the contract year of termination and the percentage of the garment replacement rates. The final payment will be determined and agreed upon by both parties prior to release.
