PURPOSE:
Consists of professional services to plan, organize, staff, direct, coordinate, review, and budget all projects funded by SPLOST under the guidance of the DeKalb County Administration and for the benefit of the citizens of DeKalb County. Three (3) proposals were received.

Recommend award to the highest scoring proposer:

Amount Not To Exceed: $14,998,844.39
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
