PURPOSE:
Awarded on November 14, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $231,840.00. Consists of piggybacking from the competitively let Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) Contract No. 40300-240-DAS00000100 for psychological counseling for all County employees for both personal and work stress-related conditions and/or other issues. Services provided include, but are not limited to, adoption counseling, financial counseling, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse counseling, etc. This request is to exercise the 1st renewal option from Statewide Contract No. 40300-240-DAS00000100.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval to exercise the 1st renewal option through June 30, 2019 with:
EAP Consultants, LLC dba. Espyr, One Parkway Center, 1850 Parkway Place, Suite 700, Marietta, GA 30067
Amount Not To Exceed: $78,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
