PURPOSE:
The purpose of the DeKalb County's Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is to identify, acquire, rehabilitate, manage and sell foreclosed, abandoned and vacant single-family homes in accordance with the U.S. Housing and Urban Development NSP1 and NSP3 programs. This program is to fight blight and stabilize neighborhoods. Eight (8) bids were received.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder:

Synergy Real Estate Developers, LLC, 40 Andrew Drive, Stockbridge, GA 30281

Amount Not To Exceed: $4,000,000.00

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
