PURPOSE:
To declare DeKalb County a Welcoming Community in support of and in participation in the Welcoming Cities and Counties Network.
NEED/IMPACT:
This Resolution affirms DeKalb County’s desire to become a Welcoming County and to join Welcoming America as a member jurisdiction.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$200.00 per year membership fee.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the Resolution that will make DeKalb County a Welcoming County by joining the Welcoming America Network.
