PURPOSE:

Consists of piggybacking from the competitively let National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) cooperative agreement to procure and install a picnic shelter at Gresham Park to complete the work by the September 30, 2018 deadline.

Recommend approval to purchase from NJPA Contract No. 030117-PPC with:
