PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 11, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $747,000.00. This contract consists of providing services to streamline the budget preparation process and to enhance the County’s ability to track and manage budgets in real-time. This request to add the Oracle Enterprise Reporting Cloud Service (EPRCS) software and Capital Improvement decision packages as part of the scope of work and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2020.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Deloitte Consulting, LLP, 191 Peachtree Street, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30303
Amount Not To Exceed: $249,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
