PURPOSE:
To consider approval of the termination of the Standardized Lease Agreement with Scott Elmore for Shop 2B and Shop 2C, effective July 15, 2018; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Termination.
NEED/IMPACT:
In compliance with Section 4.C, Failure to Pay, and Section 10.D, Cancellation, the Airport as Lessor, desires to terminate the Standardized Lease Agreement for Shop 2B and Shop 2C. effective July 15, 2018, because the Lessee has failed to pay rent.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no cost to the County.
