PURPOSE:
To transfer $1,900 to Callanwolde Foundation from Parks Bonds District 2 account 100585.80314.541200.06.600020 for the installation of a waterline.
NEED/IMPACT:
The installation of the waterline will facilitate the healthy maintenance of the native plants that are a vital part of the Callanwolde experience. The entire project is estimated at $3,800, with $1,900 funded by The Friends of Callanwolde and $1,900 funded by the District 2 Commissioner.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact of 2018 Operating Budget. To be funded from the 2001 Parks Bonds District 2 account.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents to transfer a $1,900.00 to the Callanwolde Foundation for installation of a waterline.
