PURPOSE:

Consists of piggybacking off of the competitively let National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) contract for a double-flush toilet building with restroom accessories at Henderson Park.

Recommend approval to purchase off the NJPA Contract No. 303117 - CXT with:
