This contract consists of providing landscape maintenance services to County-owned facilities and grounds. This request is for mowing and ground keeping services of all Sanitation office buildings. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 15, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $320,384.00. On July 12, 2016 the BOC approved Change Order 1 for an amount not to exceed $279,000.00. On November 7, 2016 the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $244,720.80. On December 5, 2017, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for $300,000.00. This request is to add Sanitation to the contract and to add additional funding to replenish RPCA funds used by Sanitation and cover continuous Sanitation use.
