PURPOSE:
To transfer $62,000 from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 account 100585.80314.541200.06.600020 to Pendergrast Park Development account 104363.80314.541200.06.600020.
NEED/IMPACT:
The $62,000 will be used for the installation of a parking lot and basic site infrastructure to support the park’s future development.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to the operating budget. Project funded by 2001 Parks Bond District 2.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend that funds in the amount of $62,000.00 be transferred from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 account 100585.80314.541200.06.600020 to Pendergrast Park Development account 104363.80314.541200.06.600020 for capital improvement at the park; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all the necessary documents and contracts for the completion of the project.
