PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light District 118A in Land Lot 103 of the 16th District for the following streets: Anne’s Lake Circle, Noreen Way; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary document pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
Owners of 100% of the total front footage have signed the petition. The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All abutting property on this street will be assessed sixty-eight cents ($0.68) per lighted street side foot per year in accordance with County policy.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light District 118A in Land Lot 103 of the 16th District and have the street lights installed on Anne’s Lake Circle, Noreen Way; and
Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project
