PURPOSE:
The County has utilized these proprietary parts for 15 years. The County currently uses 275 Teledyne ISCO flow monitors. Only Teledyne ISCO equipment, parts and system components are compatible with existing Teledyne equipment, parts, and system components. Additionally, only Teledyne ISCO trained personnel can provide training on the use, installation, and repair of the equipment, parts and related system components. Finally, these parts are utilized to collect the data needed to complete the hydraulic modeling and sewer monitoring programs required by the Consent Decree. This request is for the continued utilization of the vendor support and training, proprietary equipment, parts and related components for one (1) year with the sole provider.
