PURPOSE:
Agenda Item 2018-2272 was awarded by the BOC on June 26, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $14,998,844.39. The original agenda item cover sheet contained a scrivener’s error stating the contract expiration date as December 21, 2022. The RFP and contract correctly stated the six-year SPLOST program contract expiration date as December 31, 2023. The contract has been executed with the correct expiration date in accordance with the SPLOST referendum for project completion of six (6) years. This request is being made to allow for the correction of the minutes of the June 26, 2018 BOC meeting.
