PURPOSE:
To transfer $150,000 from 2001 Parks Bond District 7 account 100651.80314.541100.05.600015 to setup a Briarlake Forest Park Development account for District 7
NEED/IMPACT:
The $150,000 will be used for the architecture/engineering and construction of the park’s phase II amenities including but not limited to the homestead’s transition into an open-air pavilion, associated gardens, and site amenities.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to the operating budget at this time. Project funded by 2001 Parks Bond District 7
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend that funds in the amount of $150,000.00 be transferred from 2001 Parks Bond District 7 account 100651.80314.541100.05.600015 to fund a Briarlake Forest Park Development account for capital improvement at the park and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents and contracts for the completion of the project.
