PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 9, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $187,869,380.00. At the conclusion of the contract, the County should receive an estimated $2,113,123.39 in sales tax reimbursements on major equipment purchases under OCGA ?48-8-3(36). This request is to increase the funding to allow for unaccounted sales tax and startup costs associated with the owner negotiated grit removal equipment system and for the completion of three proposed design and construction changes.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:

Archer Western Construction, LLC, 2410 Paces Ferry Road, Suite 600, Atlanta, GA 30339

Amount Not To Exceed: $599,549.04

Recommended Action
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
