PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light Special Tax District 118AA in Land Lot 049 of the 18th District for the following street: Church Street, Milscott Drive and North Decatur Road; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary document pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents. The developer paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs for the street lights required for the new development.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All abutting property on this street will be assessed three dollars and eighty-two cents ($3.82) per lighted street side foot per year in accordance with County policy.

Recommended Action
Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light Special Tax District 118AA in Land Lot 049 of the 18th District for Church Street, Milscott Drive and North Decatur Road; and
Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project
