PURPOSE:
To transfer $150,000 from 2001 Parks Bond Countywide account 100492.80314.541100.05.600008 to a Rainbow Park Development account per recommendation from the Planning, Economic Development and Community Services (PECS) Committee as part of the mid-year fiscal revisions.

NEED/IMPACT:
The funds will be used in the Rainbow Park development project. The project consists of an amphitheater, trails, gardens, and other capital improvements at Rainbow Park
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact on the 2018 operating budget. Funded by the 2001 Parks Bond Countywide account.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution to transfer $150,000 from the 2001 Parks Bond Countywide Account 100492.80314.541100.05.600008 to a Rainbow Park Development account and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
