PURPOSE:
To accept a donation of $12,490.00 from The South Fork Conservancy, Inc. for Zonolite Park.
NEED/IMPACT:
The donation will be used for capital improvements at Zonolite Park, which include a picnic shelter/pavilion, garden beds and supplies. The entire budget for the project is $42,490 with the remainder ($30k) coming from District 2 Parks Bond account.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to the 2018 operating budget

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution to accept a donation of $12,490.00 from The South Fork Conservancy, Inc. for capital improvements at Zonolite Park; and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents in the completion of the project
