PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 13, 2013 for an amount not to exceed $1,395,000.00. On August 8, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to add funding to cover consulting services for the redesign of the retiree medical program and to provide guidance and outline strategies to mitigate the County’s growing Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) liability for an amount not to exceed $15,000.00. This request is to increase funding and to extend the contract term through December 31, 2019 to ensure seamless transition of the impending expiration of the County’s healthcare contracts and the bid process to replace them.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No.2 with:
Conduent HR Consulting LLC, 200 Galleria Parkway SE, Suite 1900, Atlanta, GA 30339
Amount Not To Exceed: $385,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
