PURPOSE:
To consider approving an intergovernmental agreement between the County and the City of Stonecrest for fire and rescue services and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
NEED/IMPACT:
This intergovernmental agreement provides fire & rescue services to the City of Stonecrest and signifies a mutually beneficial, efficient and cooperative working relationship between the two governments.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION:

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
