PURPOSE:

To consider approving an intergovernmental agreement between the County, 911 Emergency Communication Department and the City of Stonecrest, Georgia for the handling of E911 calls and approval of receipt of E911 fees; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents. 

 

NEED/IMPACT:

This intergovernmental agreement provides E911 services and authorization to receive E911 fees that support City business and residents, and signifies a mutually beneficial, efficient, and cooperative working relationship between the County and the City of Stonecrest.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no cost to the County.
