PURPOSE:
To allow for the renaming of Stone Mountain Community Improvement District to Tucker Summit Community Improvement District.
NEED/IMPACT:
The resolution will permit the Tax Commissioner to make the name change of the CID from the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District to the Tucker Summit Community Improvement District.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
