PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 12, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. On January 24, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00. On December 5, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $351,700.00. This request is for additional funding to continue to control and monitor County owned equipment in approximately 150 facilities; to include routine maintenance, repair, and major upgrades at DeKalb/Atlanta Human Services, Eleanor Richardson Health Center, West Exchange Place, DeKalb Libraries and East DeKalb Heath Center.
